Returns Policy

Our products are made to order, which means we craft them specifically for you. Because of this, they are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

Faulty Returns

If your product arrives faulty, please email returns@aurulent.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the fault. Once approved we’ll gladly offer a full refund or replacement for any faulty products as well as arrange a courier collection for you.

All items returned must meet these conditions:

• Item(s) must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
• Item(s) must be returned within 28 days of when you received them.

If Aurulent approves the return of a non-faulty item, it must also meet this additional requirement:

• Item(s) must be in a re-saleable condition.

We will send you a return form along with instructions on how to return the products.
